Why make a donation?

 

Support from people like you is the reason ARCS can carry on their mission to support and promote fisheries research and conservation. Your gift will help ARCS to:

• Enhance awareness, understanding, and protection of our natural environment;

• Support and promote fisheries conservation through public outreach;

• Conduct outreach activities that expand knowledge of fisheries science, conservation, and management; and

• Conduct scientific fisheries research through field sampling.

Your donation will be used to purchase:

• Field equipment such as additional tags and tracking equipment for our research projects;

• Development of our education and outreach programs including new presentations and hand-outs; and

• Materials for free classroom kits to teachers which include educational curriculum, hand-outs, activities, crafts, and games to bring science from the field to the classroom.
